Loved the spacious room! The tub was gorgeous, and the toiletries were great. We really enjoyed the fantastic view, especially from our upgraded suite. It's just a stroll away from famous shopping areas, which was a huge plus for our family!

My wife says that having more family-friendly activities available would be beneficial for kids. We found the room amenities a bit basic for a larger family.

The location was awesome! Just steps away from Champs Elysees. 🌟 However, the bed pillows were not comfortable, which made it tough to get a good night's sleep.

Great location, but pricey for plates!

We stayed 1 night in the Deluxe King Room, and the location was perfect! Right in the heart of everything. Our cleaning lady was awesome too, she even found my daughter's gold necklace and put it safe on the table. Just surprised they ask for 20 euros for a plate. I've never seen that at any hotel before. The bar was cozy, though!

Location incredible, just steps from the Champs-Élysées. Spacious rooms for Paris standards, both clean and well-appointed. Appreciated the friendly staff, especially at the front desk, who were super helpful. Breakfast was decent but felt limited if staying more than a couple of days. they really need to diversify it. Room service was a letdown. I ordered plates and cutlery on my last night but waited forever without a response. Ended up having to go without. I noticed some outdated furniture in the room, which didn’t match the luxury vibe I expected. Overall, the experience was nice but could benefit from improved room service and updated decor.
